1. About the Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of 7emoji. 7emoji accepts short text and uses AI to suggest one or more emojis that may match the text. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The public text-to-emoji tool may be used without signing in. Some account, dashboard, or paid features may require Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity performed through your account.
3. User Input
You are responsible for the text you submit. Do not submit information that you do not have the right to share, or sensitive personal information that is not necessary for the request. The text-to-emoji input is limited to 280 characters.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use 7emoji to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Submit content intended to facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or harmful activity.
- Send automated, excessive, or abusive requests that interfere with the service.
- Bypass rate limits, access controls, security measures, or payment rules.
- Probe, attack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
5. AI Results
Emoji suggestions are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular context. 7emoji does not guarantee that a suggestion is the best interpretation of your text. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any result.
6. Ownership and Permission
You retain responsibility for the text you submit and for your use of the returned emoji suggestions. You must ensure that your use of submitted text and any published content complies with applicable law and third-party rights. 7emoji does not claim ownership of your submitted text.
7. Third-Party Services
7emoji relies on third-party services, including Google authentication and Cloudflare hosting and AI infrastructure. Optional paid, analytics, or advertising features may involve additional providers. Those providers may have their own terms and policies.
8. Optional Paid Features
If 7emoji offers an optional paid feature, the applicable price, credits, product details, and checkout terms will be shown before purchase. A purchase does not create ownership of the service or guarantee uninterrupted availability. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider, whose terms may also apply.
9. Availability, Suspension, and Termination
The service may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party dependencies, or other circumstances. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or address a violation of these terms.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7emoji is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service or AI results will always be accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7emoji is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
